Like King's Delight; George's; or any south-eastern style, vinegar-based sauce; Woody's is a thin sauce, crafted mainly for pulled pork and ham. Hence the picture of the pig on the label. You might also notice the NBBQ first place ribbon on the label. While I personally wouldn't use Woody's on beef, for my money, it's the best pork sauce or marinade on the market.
